Our team worked with ZenBio to understand the viability of creating a small scale media manufacturing venture. We wanted to validate the feasibility and approach of entering the culture media manufacturing market and the best approach in creating ZenBio as a profitable, value-add company. We performed a marked analysis, learned from KOL, and did a competitor analysis.

Our team worked with Phaxtec to understand the viability of using biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) as a plastic alternative in fertalizer coatings and EV batteries. We performed a marked analysis, learned from KOL, and did a competitor analysis.
