Worked in the USA Start-up of an animal pharmaceutical R&D lab. Worked in harvesting and cell cutlure maintence of difference cell lines. Mammalian samples/specimen collection in a clinical trial and processing. Tasks included PCR, RNA Extraction, ELISA, SOP development, and cGMP. 

Delivered lectures and guided laboratory work for a guided research class in which students isolated and analyzed microbes from soil for possible antibiotic producing properties. 

Worked in Dr. Barbara Sherry's Lab at the NC State University Department of Molecule Biomedical Sciences. Conducted research on infections of reovirus. Tasks included BCA assay, RNA extraction, cell cutlure, Western blotting, and PCR

Isolated bacteria from a sample of soil and tested the bacteria against common virulent pathogens. Identified chemical properties utilizing a variety of tests, sequencing bacteria, and testing for antibiotic production. Poster presentation in the Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh
